As the diocesan Vocations Office, we are happy to help women in discerning their call, and to assist them in finding the vocation director of the Religious Community where they feel called.
All parents want their children to lead happy, fulfilling lives. And parenting a potential priest is the same as parenting any other child—it requires an openness to God’s will for your child’s life, because happiness come only from following God’s plan.
Information about our periodic discernment retreats, for Catholic Men discerning the diocesan priesthood: Ages 18-49.
These retreats are a great way to quiet the noise of life and pray about God's call in your life.
Don’t make the journey alone. Other men in your area are asking the same questions. The meetings offer an informal setting to explore whether God is calling you to single, married, priestly, or religious life. Each of the five groups in the state meet once a month for food, prayer, and discussion with Father Kirby. Join us!
Would you like to send a message to Father Kirby in the Vocations Office? He'd love to hear from you!
Established by Bishop Robert Guglielmone, D.D., on July 31, 2011, the Drexel House is open to mature men (ages 20-35) who are actively living their Catholic Christian Faith, and who are open to discerning God's will in their lives.
